SUN PROTECTION 5 GOLDEN RULES

Avoid staying in the sun during midday hours (11:00 to 16:00). Excessive exposure, even with sunscreen, is hazardous to health.
Sunscreen should be applied at least half an hour before expected sun exposure, applying adequate quantity all over the body. Repeat often, especially after swimming, toweling and perspiring.
Babies and small children should not be exposed to direct sunlight. They should also be protected with appropriate hat, sunglasses and a light cool shirt.
The use of sunscreen should be continued, even if you obtain the desired tan.
The SPF selection should be based on the type of your skin: very light/sensitive, light, medium, dark.
